6. Designs & RevisionsOur designs are created according to the information, measurements, requirements, preferences, and budget shared by the client.

Once a design has been approved, major changes requested by the client may involve additional charges and may also affect the project timeline.
7. 3D Designs & Actual Results3D designs are created to help you understand how your space may look after completion.

8. Materials, Colours & FinishesColours, textures, patterns, finishes, and materials may look slightly different on a phone or computer screen compared with real life.
Natural materials such as wood and stone may also have variations in colour, grain, pattern, and texture.
Where possible, we recommend checking actual samples before giving final approval.
9. Customized & Space-Saving FurnitureCustomized furniture is made according to the approved design, dimensions, materials, and requirements.
Once customized furniture has entered production, major changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
Product dimensions may also have small practical variations because of manufacturing, site conditions, hardware, or installation requirements.
10. Project TimelinesWe always aim to complete our services within the discussed timeline. However, timelines may change because of circumstances such as:

14. Third-Party Products & ServicesSome projects may involve third-party manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, installers, hardware brands, or service providers.
Third-party products may have their own warranties, guarantees, replacement policies, and service conditions.
Arcint Design cannot be held responsible for matters outside our reasonable control relating to independent third-party products or services.
15. WarrantyWhere a product or service includes a warranty, the applicable warranty details will be communicated separately.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, material, manufacturer, hardware, or service selected.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications may not be covered.
